Our client's highly successful Charity and Community Team undertakes all aspects of charity advisory work. Our client acts for functional and grant-making charities as well as for NDPBs and social enterprises. The team works on charity formation and registration, incorporation, merger/joint-working structures, governance, fundraising and regulation. It also provides advice to charity trustees, volunteers, fundraisers and sponsors; direct and indirect tax advice to donors and charities. The London-based team is looking to add another lawyer who will report directly to the Partners.
Who we're looking for
Prior experience in Charities law is ideal although not essential. You must be a team player with a strong work ethic. You will have good academics and will have trained at a reputable City practice.
