As theDeputy Manager you will be personally responsible for the management and development of the team within the store alongside the Store Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to grow sales , hit targets and grow the customer base. You will have the autonomy to make crucial decisions regarding department layouts, staff development, product placement and sales driving techniques in the Store Managers absence.
Who we're looking for
An experienced Deputy Manager, from a big box, sales focused environment. You must be an excellent communicator and be commercially astute. You will have a passion for products and the ability to motivate your team and delight your customers.
