An exciting opportunity has arisen for a regionally focused Senior HR Advisor within Constellation Europe, one of the largest premium drinks companies on the continent, reporting to the VP of Employee Relations.
The successful candidate will support a number of regional sites across the UK in a truly generalist role. As well as the operational day to day HR duties you will be required to contribute to wider HR strategy across the business and manage and help deliver a number of key commercial projects.
As an aspiring HR leader you will be required to inspire and develop HR professionals around you as well as influence key stakeholders effectively at all levels across the business.
Key Accountabilities include:
• Providing Operational and Sales managers with practical guidance, advice and tools to manage absence and capability within their areas.
• Provision of advice to directors on matters relating to a broad range of HR issues including Company HR policies, disciplinary matters, employment law, redundancy procedures etc. on a day to day basis.
• Management of recruitment of permanent and temporary employees
• Helping to deliver HR strategy across the business
• Leading and driving a number of key commercial projects.
• Manage re-organisation and redundancy programmes as necessary, ensuring compliance were necessary.
• Working in partnership with the Learning and Development manager and providing 1st line learning support to directors
Who we're looking for
• A commercially focused and pragmatic HR professional with strong project management skills.
• Graduate calibre professional ideally CIPD part or fully qualified
•Good generalist HR knowledge with a sound understanding of Learning and Development
• A strong track record in delivering practical yet effective solutions for a demanding client group

What's on offer
