This is a very interesting andvaried role with great progression opportunities. You will be responsible for calling businesses to arrange sales appointments. The main focus of this business is within the construction industry. You will also be a point of customer service for policy holders and sales enquiries, sales support and administrative duties will also be involved. Joining this company at this level gives you opportunity to learn the business and progress as the company continues to grow.
Who we're looking for
You will have good communication skills and a proven ability to sell via the telephone and provide good customer service. You will be able to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your work. Ideally you will have previous telesales experience but also the the drive to succeed in a career you can make your own in this business.
About our client
Our client is small however they have been successful due to their unique outlook on the market. They are growing quickly and organically and this role is needed to help expand the business with a real opportunity to move into field sales quickly.The offices are based in Hamilton beside amain public transport route.
What's on offer
£15,000 base salary plus great uncapped commission structure. Impressive salary review in 3-6 months based on performance.
