Our client is looking for an experienced commercial litigation lawyer to a senior associate with more complex mattersin addition to have responsibility of your own caseload.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a commercial litigation lawyer with experience of dealing with both fast track and multi track defendant or claimant EL/PL and product liability work. Experience of commercial insurance coverage issues and subrogated claims would be advantageous.
You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage more junior fee earners and be adaptable in the face of changing requirements. You will be able to work unsupervised andwill have had a proven trackrecord of running a demanding case load.
Our client will consider a FILEX or an experienced paralegal also.
