You will join a well established and highly successful Corporate Commercial team that is listed in Chambers and The Legal 500.
With one of the strongest Corporate Commercial departments in the South East outside London our client has experience of working in many business sectors. Their clients range from start-up businesses to SMEs to large international groups.
You will be involved in all corporate commercial matters including; company acquisition and disposals, management buy-outs, shareholders/joint venture agreements, business sales/purchases, agency and distribution agreements, incorporations of companies, business start ups and IP/ICT work.
Who we're looking for
An assistant Corporate Commercial solicitor who is able to work with limited supervision. The ideal candidate will have had experience of dealing with Company Commercial matters at a strong regional or city practice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent client liaison and interpersonal skills and will be commercially aware.
