Internal Communications Manager

As a key member of the senior management team based in Glasgow you will be responsible for developing and implementing an internal communications strategy across the site. You will work closely with key stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and activities, ensuring that the programme is aligned with the corporate internal communications strategy. This role will also involve event management and media relations. This role will also involve travel to Manchester and Leeds.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a previous internal communications experience. You will be an excellent communicator and have a knowledge of customer service environment. You will have the gravitas to influence key decisions at a senior level and a strategic vision which allows you to translate strategy into tactical implementation.
