Who we're looking for
We are looking for a transactional Corporate Lawyer with excellent academics and experience from a top international firm. You will have a strong Corporate Finance grounding but be adaptable and self-motivated. If you enjoy high levels of responsibility, close client contact and working in a forward thinking environment this is the role for you.

Active in the CIS for nearly half a decade, our client now has one of the largest practices in the area offering expertise on all aspects of investment in the region acting for major domestic and international clients.
The work on offer will be challenging but very exciting and you will be acting for a high calibre international client base alongside over 85 professionals in the Moscow and St. Petersburg offices plus have the the support of an International network behind you.
