Based in London, the HR consultant will beresponsible for all HR support to the Head office group. You will be the first point of contact for all ER issues, empower line managers with recruitment responsibilities, work closely with L&D, and ensure a smooth induction process is developed.

Who we're looking for
Of graduate calibre, the HR consultant will :
*be a strong employee relations specialist
*possess proven experience working in a large complex organisation
*be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Be self motivated and possess the gravitas to deal with key senior stakeholders.
