Principal Responsibilities:
• In conjunction with UK HR Business Partner (s) and Senior Management, design and deliver training and coaching to support achievement of business targets for designated internal client group and external clients. Monitor and review progress made against plans on a quarterly basis.
• Create, maintain and enhance productive working relationships with all customers.

My client is looking for a HR Assistant who wants to take on more responsibility and take a step into more of a consultancy role.
