This is a Seniorgeneral commercial role based in Milton Keynes. You will look after a range of general commercial matters with an emphasis on IT issues. You will also be involved in the management of 4 more Junior members of the team, working closely with the head of legal and will have a crucial role maintaining close links between the legal team and the business.
Who we're looking for
You will have an excellent background in commercial law with a particular strength in IT related issues such as software licensing and procurement. In addition however you should be adept at dealing with any matter at hand whether it be litigation, employment or property. You will preferably have preciously held a management role in house however this is not essential as long as you have the gravitas to turn your head to the task.
