Who we're looking for
We are looking for mid-level Russian and UK qualified lawyers to work with the corporate, finance, energy and capital markets practice groups.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• review and analyze the results of due diligence
• draft legal documents and memoranda in Russian and English languages
• prepare opinions on legal matters
• participate in negotiations
• advise clients, partners and other lawyers of the current state of and changes to applicable law, and other legal matters
Qualifications:
• Relevant experience as an associate in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer
• Russian qualified with superior academic credentials
• Native Russian speaker with fluent spoken and written English (German is a plus)
• Excellent written & oral presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
