This leading organisation based in Inverness currently requires a Head of HR to head up the large HR function. You will be responsible for leading the People Strategy and the reviewing of polices, procedures. You will have have accountability for delivering a reward strategy along with a focus on workforce planning and skills gap analysis. You will manage the business through a period of change. In addition you will be responsible for performance management and recruitment.
Who we're looking for
You will be confident in leading and motivating teams to deliver in an ever-changing environment and should have networking and influencing skills to position the organisation within the wider public sector. You will have a proven track record as a people manager combined with a strong knowledge employment law and HR best practice. You will have a proven track record of shaping and delivering significant change. Ideal candidates will be CIPD qualified.
