The role will involve the following areas;
Manage and ensure accurate input of Employee details into HR Database.
Liaise with ICT department regarding starters and leavers.
Provide the administration support and statistical information for the companies sickness absence procedures.
Liaise with payroll ensuring they are informed of any changes to personnel details.
Recruitment and Training support
Responsible for ensuring that all employee files are kept up to date and accurate, and all relevant documents are filed in a timely manner.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and have used databases previously. They will be happy to work as part of small team.
