Dublin based Pensions Lawyer
-Legal issues relating to the establishment and operation of occupational pension schemes and personal retirement savings accounts and the completion of relevant documentation.
- Advise on all aspects of interaction with regulatory bodies, including obtaining Revenue approval and registering with the Pensions Board.
-Advice to employers and trustees in relation to consolidating, merging/de-merging and reconstructing existing occupational pension schemes and on winding-up schemes as well as in relation to moving from defined benefit to defined contribution provision.

Who we're looking for
Applicants must have professional legal qualifications and ideally should be qualified either in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction.
Applicants must have Pensions and Employment Law experience.
Applicants should also have:
• a strong academic background
• excellent analytical and drafting skills and an eye for detail
• excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively and promptly with clients and colleagues
• a sound commercial approach
• an ability to work independently or as part of a team
• an ability to prioritize effectively, to meet deadlines and to see tasks through to conclusion
• a good work ethic, enthusiasm, drive & motivation
