Advising clients on a wide range of matters. These will include Irish Competition Law, EU Competition Law (including complaints to competition regulators, competition compliance, dawn raids, allegations of cartel and abuse of dominance issues, horizontal and vertical agreements), Irish and EU merger control, transport law, energy law, telecommunications law, State Aid and Public Procurement.

Who we're looking for
Applicants must have professional legal qualifications and ideally should be qualified either in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction.
Applicants must have Competition Law experience and previous exposure to public procurement would be desirable. It would be advantageous for candidates to have experience in another regulatory area such as telecoms, media, energy or broadcasting.
Applicants should also have:
• a strong academic background
• excellent analytical and drafting skills and an eye for detail
• excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively and promptly with clients and colleagues
• a sound commercial approach
• an ability to work independently or as part of a team
• an ability to prioritize effectively, to meet deadlines and to see tasks through to conclusion
• a good work ethic, enthusiasm, drive & motivation
