Purpose of the Role:
• Develop market leading product propositions to significantly increase profitable sales and help build the company brand.
• Understand the real and perceived needs of the customers
• Understand the market and the competitive position of current product portfolio
• Define customer and product segments
• Develop market leading propositions combining product, price, packaging and customer service levels - with both existing and potentially new products.
• Determine product brand strategy, working closely with the Product Specialists.
• Recommend the best sources of supply for the product
• Forecast sales volumes and work closely with Supply Chain to ensure stock is available to meet demand.
• Determine how to sell the proposition, providing the sales force with the right tools to take to market effectively.
• Determine how to sell the proposition, both internally and externally.
• Review performance and market feedback and take relevant actions to continually improve
Who we're looking for
• Minimum 6 years post graduate marketing experience within a large multi-national organisation.
• Reached a senior level within current marketing organisation.
• Relevant marketing qualification.
• Ambitious, committed and hard working
• Proactive, with a passion to embrace and lead change
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive Team Player
• Innovative risk taker
