The main elements of this role would include:
•Provision of highly confidential service to the Human Resources Manager. Typing letter and correspondence as required. Diary management, setting up meetings, as well as general help. Production/distribution of mass mailings (mail merge) to all staff, e.g. salary increase letters, benefits in kind, assisting with updates of staff handbook.
• Recruitment administration
• New Starters
• Preparation of new employee HR files.
• The organisation of leavers files
• Assist with the administration of the Appraisal system and recording staff training.
Who we're looking for
An experienced HR Administrator / HR Assistant, or someone who has worked within a Human Resources Function.
• Highly skilled in office products, including word, mail-merge, Microsoft outlook and time management tools.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written and able to communicate effectively with a range of people in a polite and professional way.
• Highly organized, able to plan and manage time effectively.
• Highly confidential.
• Good insight into human resources administration.
• Motivated and willing to constantly improve skills.
• Able to multi-task, managing a range of activities simultaneously.
