The role will involve working on some of the largest and most prominent criminal prosecutions in the UK, as well as provide complex food safety and life sciences advice to blue chip clients.
The role will involve a mix of contentious and non contentious regulatory work within the Health and Safety arena. Working on a mixed caseload which will include dealing with criminal prosecutions and appeals against enforcement notices, as well as advising companies in relation to food safety and life sciences issues, this role will involve a high degree of advocacy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with blue chip clients including FTSE listed companies and government bodies, as well as learn from true leaders in their field.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be keen to forge a career in the regulatory arena and be committed to undertaking their own advocacy. Experience of health and safety matters and/or advocacy would be an advantage. Candidates due to qualify in September who have had least 1 6month seat in regulatory work along with training at a well known firm are also welcome to apply.
