Do you have a passion for the Arts? This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Director of Organisational Development and Change based in London. This opportunity is for awell knownpublic sector organisation. This role isto develop the organisation and the Arts by meansof external promotion as well as through internal monitoring and regulation. This is an extremely diverse rolethat will also encompass business facilitation and advisory services.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates should be of graduate calibre as well ashaveextensive experience in Organisational Development and have delivered Organisational Change.
Candidates should also have:
• Proven Business Analysis skills
• Good communication skills
• Good Client Management Skills
• Enjoy the Arts
