This Learning Partner role will be to ensure that training and development in support of the Network meets the needs of the business and is aligned to UK wide standards, processes and policies.
It will involve supporting the Business to drive business performance, through the effective application and management of all leadership development and training.
The business performance is indicated through relevant metrics that are currently in place within the business such as financial, customer, people, and operational. This role will be based in London.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for experience in the following areas:
• Virtual team leadership
• Stakeholder management - ability to contract and negotiate with senior execs
• Project management - manage multiple, complex work projects
• Negotiation and contracting with internal clients, and with peers within the learning teams
• Budget management
• Training expertise (including coaching)
• Building networks and alliances
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage diverse workloads.
