Interim ER Advisor

You will be involved in case work in terms of grievances, disciplinaries and harassment cases andproviding advice to managers. There will be work relating to regradings, restructurings, role analysis, and some potential redundancies arising from the restructurings. There is also a review of policies and procedures underway.

Who we're looking for
Ideally, you will:
• Be a confident communicator
• Have a strong employee relations background
• Be accustomed to dealing with disciplinaries and grievances
• Have experience of advising managers
• Be competent at evaluating job roles
