ThisAccountancy Practicein the City of Londonoffersan extremely exciting opportunity for someone who has practical businessexposurefrom a line hr role or consultancy background. The role will include but is not restricted to;
• Using your HR knowledge to understand and identify key issues for our clients undergoing change. you will be covering all aspects of the change programme including policy change, redefinition of hr services within a business, putting hr integration plans in place and designing and implementing communication plans.
• Understandingthe opportunities and implications presented through hr service delivery issues including; outsourcing, hr shared services and technologyassessment and implementation.
•Providing project management support to clients
• Acting as an ambassador for this leading Accountancy Practise
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have had exposure to;
• Large change management projects or hr transformation projects
•A consultancy approach to working
• Being commercially focused
• Hands on exposure toworking through issues surroundingshared services, outsourcing or hr technology change projects
• Strong communication and building relationships skills is essential
