The Operations Manager will report directly to the Managing Director of the business and will be responsible for running one of the companies main contracts which are predominately Repair and Maintenance or Void Repairs based in the North West.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following experience :
• Decent Homes or experience on Repair & Maintenance Contracts in the social housing sector
• Client liaison skills as a major part of the role will involve coordinating with the Registered Social Landlord.
• Previous experience in either a contract manager or operational role.

Our client is a leading support services company offering a variety of services in area's including the decent homes sector.
What's on offer
The company will offer between £50'000 and £60'000 as a basic and also a company car, pension and bonus.
