Employment Solicitor required for the Employment Department of this Leeds based firm. The role is a generalist one with a non-contentious leaning. You will be expected to pick up and assist with the increasing volume of corporate support work. The role involves working on corporate support/PFI/Commercial jobs. To advise on transactions; advise on ancillary work such as large scale redundancies/executive terminations; liaise with insolvency specialists where necessary; advise on consultation requirements; be involved in PFI work and their particular type of deals.
Who we're looking for
You will be from a Commercial firm with a predominantly non-contentious bias and have worked or have a desire to work on corporate support/PFI/commercial jobs.
If you are a Newly Qualified solicitor you will have ideally undertaken a seat in the Employment Department.
