Who we're looking for
An exceptionally strong track record of personal and professional successes. Passionate and action orientated with strong character and a distinctive personality you are able to inspire and lead both colleagues and clients in joint team settings. You must have sound business acumen and the interpersonal skills necessary to develop rapport and trust that leads to the development of grounded and sustainable relationships.
Education
A first degree (2:1 or better), preferably coupled with a postgraduate qualification (MBA/MSc/PhD) or professional qualifications.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are tenacious, assertive, values driven and a principle centred team player with a high impact personality who can work jointly with our partners to drive and deliver sustainable positive change and lasting business improvement. You are someone who has a real appetite and zest for life and is great fun to work with and is both challenging and insightful in a supportive way. You must be passionate about delivering 'real' results at pace. Furthermore, you must be able to think laterally and draw on your experiences, and that of others, to substantiate recommendations and drive implementation. As a 'character' you must be able to communicate your message articulately, lead at a team/company level demonstrating an empathic style, and be able to facilitate change in complex stakeholder environments.
