Following a succession of mergers and takeovers the Compensation and Benefits Consultant will be required to initially research locum pay rates, current pay grade bands, allowances and benefits across the organisation. The initial period will require multi-site travel. Thereafter, the successful applicant will analyse the data and using benchmarking tools and information ensure that all policies are harmonised and fair and equal throughout.
Who we're looking for
Previous exposure to Compensationand Benefits work is essential. However, not necessary to have previously specialised in this field and therefore applicants with a broader generalist back ground will be considered. The successful applicant will have the ability to develop relationships quickly and also enjoy collecting and analysing data of this nature.
