Michael Page HR are currently recruiting an EMEA HR Manager for a US owned technology company based in Uxbridge in a rapid growth phase. This is a high profile stand alone position with total responsibility across the EMEA region for the HR function. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the HR agenda and providing full generalist support to all corporate functions and will have a specific focus on maximising HR to drive the business forward. This is a hands on role working closely with the US however will operate at an autonomous level in the EMEA region establishing a timely HR support service across the business.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a Senior HR Professional able to work effectively in a stand alone role as part of a constantly changing environment. Experience of operating in a US organisation is essential and the ideal candidate will come from a technology background. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable being hands on but also being a proactive member of the Senior management team. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
