As an HR manager for a national company with a client base of over 1000 people you will be required to work at the most strategic level. Reporting into the HR Director you will be required to provide a strategic focus whilst not losing an operational overview. There will be some travel required overseeing a shared service centre and a large competency training team both in separate locations. You will be providing HR for HR and as such there is a real requirement to have confidence and credibility in your approach. In terms of the challenges you will be required to do implement effective change management, talent management, create competency frameworks and deal with succession planning.
Who we're looking for
The right candidate will be:
•Strong in change management and organisational development
• An excellent technical operator
• Able to work within a unionised environment to implement change around process.
About our client
A private national transport operator.
What's on offer
Between £55,000 and £60,000 plus benefits (depending on salary)
