The Bracknell based financial analyst will be responsible for owning and control the financial performance for one or more sectors within one of C&W's four sales channels, Analyse performance for your sector, issuing monthly performance pack which investigates and highlighting issues and anomalies, Own and manage finance's relationship with business owners within sector I.e. vertical sector leads, account managers, account directors, Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the department through continuous education and promotion of best practice. Also to provide audit support to the reporting manager and the team at key reporting dates. Promote efficiency by identifying problem areas and developing improvements, Commercial acumen, and ability to understand financial sales performance, Professional scepticism, integrity, and challenge to sector stakeholders assumptions, forecasts, and performance, Meeting the demands of multiple stakeholders across finance and the business.

Who we're looking for
The ideal financial analyst will have the following skills:
• Highly and able to cope with changing demands.
• Good communication skills with ability to influence members of the wider finance team.
• Ability to build strong business relationships yet retain professional integrity
• Personal drive, and desire to own an area of the business.
• in a high-pressured working environment; Gravitas with senior management, and basic knowledge of telecom product portfolio.
• Knowledge of B2B telecommunications sector preferred, systems literacy, preferably including SAP.
• Strong financial knowledge, and understanding of accounting for sales activities
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Part Qualified or Finalist. agreements the Company has with its customers.
