This role is a superb opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager to join a largeManufacturing organisation. Working as an integral part of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and support on reward and employment law related policies and procedures and the delivery of reward projects including:
• benchmarking exercises
• salary reviews
• management incentive schemes
• salary surveys
• managing 3rd party suppliers including PMI, Fleet providers and health care consultants etc
• compromise agreements
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Reward Manager with considerableexperience dealing with reward projects. Candidates from an in-house background are preferred for the role although those with consultancy experience will be considered. The role is based in theWest Midlands but will require national travel periodically.

My client is a large Manufacturing organisation based in the WestMidlands.
