This HR Manager role will report into the management board and will focus on managing a small HR team in a growing business. The key responsibility will be developing the HR plan and strategies to meet the business needs and make recommendations for change. This will also include building strong relationships with the Partners and offering advice and guidance on the more complex HR issues.
This position will also work with the training & education team and provide guidance on the execution of the people elements of the business plan. This is a true generalist role that will encompass all elements of operational and strategic HR and management responsibility.
Who we're looking for
To become the successful candidate for this HR Manager position, you will be able to clearly demonstrate the following:
• Prior exposure to a professional services environment is desired.
• CIPD qualified.
• Strong leadership and management ability with the knowledge to operate at senior level.
• A track record of performing under pressure.
• A good knowledge and understanding of employment law and best practice.
