Director of Corporate Accounting

We are currently seeking a talented Corporate Accounting Director to lead reporting processes for a consolidate region of over $2bn for a market leading business based in Berkshire.
Key responsibilities will include the monthly close process,global analysis of reported performance, provision of consolidated financial results and analysis to senior management and meeting external reporting objectives.

You will also be responsible for managing a team and will be a key member of the accounting management group responsible for strategy and developmental activities.

Who we're looking for
A qualified accountant withproven capabilities in running a global consolidation including strong technical accounting abilities either in US GAAP or IFRS.
You should beexperienced in leading a staff of accounting professionals at various levels in various facets of accounting.
Prior experience of applying Sarbanes-Oxley within a corporate accounting environment would be beneficial.
Experience and an aptitude for of large scale systems is also required.
