This role is a superb opportunity for an experience Reward Analyst to join a superb Manufacturing company and become an important part of the Human Resources team. The key accountabilities are to provideprofessional advice and service and support on reward and employment law related policies and procedures for relevant areas of the business and the delivery of reward projects including:
• benchmarking exercises
• salary reviews
• management incentive schemes
• policy design and implementation
• salary surveys
• compromise agreements
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be an experienced Reward Analyst who has previously worked within a Human Resources team. The role is based in the West Midlands but some occasionalnationwide travel will be expected.
