Legal Counsel

• Draft, negotiate and review contracts, including management, franchise, joint venture and lease agreements.
• Drafting deal and finance agreements.
• Preparation and management of all documents in relation to both disposals and acquisitions.
• Proactive in deal structuring.
• management of due diligence.
• Liaison with external Counsel.
• Proactive in developing and implementing legal strategy in relation to development issues.

Who we're looking for
You will have significant experience gained in private practice or an in-house environment, preferably with hospitality experience. You will be an individual with gravitas and credibility, who can build relationships across the business. You will have the strength of character to lead meetings, with the ability to ask the right questions and challenge the answers given. You will have a high degree of commercial acumen that will allow you to offer value added solutions and support the business through the entirety of the transaction.
