Reporting into theHead of Operations you will be responsiblefor managing purchasing and materials control for this expanding business. Key responsibilities will be to define and apply procedural controls regarding inventory and procurement as well as establishing and developing strategic supply agreements.You will also be a key interface between the production, engineering and technical departments as well as a key figure with regards to ERP systems integration. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to be part of an expanding business and team at a time when you can make a big difference.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be looking for a broad an varied role where they can put their own stamp on things. You will have a proven track record within a similar type role preferably within a technical manufacturing environment. Ideally you will have had some exposure to setting up or developing a supply chain function or been part of such development. You will also have the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team. Due to the size of the current team you to be "hands on" as well as being able to operate at a higher level.
