The challenging position of Legal Council will have the main objective of providing and co-coordinating legal advise to the UK business. The role will require a great deal of autonomy. This lawyer will be an intrinsic part of the business working closely with the senior management covering a broad spectrum of of commercial issues and leading the relationship with external council.
The Bristol based lawyer will be required to offer legal advice on many commercial projects whilst understanding the business requirements and needs. There will be close contact with the European General Council and some European and international travel
Who we're looking for
The Legal Council will have:
• Strong commercial skills gained in a good private practice, including drafting, intellectual property, supply agreements and some employment issues.
• preferably have some in-house / secondment history
• the ability to work autonomously in a challenging environment
• a strong character and want to make a real impact on the business.
• a desire to be based in Bristol but also to travel to the European HQ
