This is a rare opportunity to work within a broad Generalist role within a vibrant, Global Technology organisation.
The key elements of this role include providing advice and support on a broad spectrum of generalist areas such as: Employment law, HR best practice, policies and procedures (including disciplinary, grievance, maternity, and flexible working requests),equality and diversity, implementation of organisational change, Performance Improvement Programs, and absence management.
You will also participate in the induction of new staff and should have understanding of the recruitment and selection process. Additionally you will actively identifying training needs across the company.

Who we're looking for
My Berkshire based client is looking for a vibrant, dynamic, independent HR Advisor with a broad generalist background. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or at least working towards this.
Your background is not important in terms of sector worked in; however there is some key experiences that are required for this role, these are detailed below:
• You should have hands on experience of managing ER issues through to completion with working knowledge of Employment Law
• You will have ideally have experience in Absence Management, Disciplinary and Grievances,Recruitment and Selection, Change Management and Equal Opportunities
• You should have excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse data
• You should be able to effectively manage your time across multiple tasks
• A strong business awareness is essential, you need to understand the wider business implications of the HR department
• You should be confident in building and maintaining strong business relationships
• You should be open to occasional travel
