This role will require the candidate to work on campaigns for a specific business unit. It will require end-to-end campaign management, although it will focus mainly on delivery. Develop the brief and implement new communications initiatives for building customer relationships and improving sales / retention, I.e. bill design, customer journey, call scripting, baseline messages.Project manage communications initiatives that meet the requirements of the brief and are delivered on time and within budget.Support in the project management of communications initiatives across the entire creative process adhering to agreed business processes to ensure the consistent delivery of fully integrated programmes.Work closely with brand development to ensure design and brand consistency integrated into all communications output.Develop communications activity across areas of 'specialism' liaising with external/internal parties ensuring consistent adherence to brand identity guidelines/values and delivery of an efficient cost effective service. Ensure all communication activity receives appropriate internal approval and sign off from all appropriate external bodies. Communicate to all relevant areas details of marketing activity to ensure staff knowledge and maximise customer service and sales experience.Assist with the monitoring of exploitation budgets through the use of the purchase order system and produce regular reports to ensure project elements are delivered within budgetary and time constraints.
