Due to recent changes within the team, my client a large utilities provider requires an Interim HR Team leader to manage a team of HR administrators that work in a service centre model.
Who we're looking for
Overseeing a team of 10 administrators who provide all HR admin support to a client base of c5000 you will ensure that the workload is managed between the team ensuring that HR support is provided as needed. You will have a sound understanding of HR, re-engineering processes to ensure that the team and individuals are performing as required by the business therefore managing workloads between members of the team as required. You will have previously been in a similar role with proven results of success, taking this team forward to provide a successful service for the future.
