The successful candidate within this leadingFinancial Services organisation in the City of Londonwill develop purpose reward solutions through leadership of complex and/or group wide reward projects which add value to customers or to group initiatives.
• Scopes, details and segments projects and plans work effectively in order to meet the needs of the customer
• Leads project team to deliver large, complex reward projects, typically cross divisional/functional.
• Develops innovative reward design solutions under general direction, where the end goal may be defined but the incumbent will be expected to set and drive the means by which to achieve this
• Drives innovation and changes in reward policy, working with RM's to ensure effective implementation within appropriate businesses
• Adds to the body of specialist knowledge within the R&B team through pursuit of 'best practice' and innovation
• Contributes to broad based R&B projects and business as usual work as appropriate as part of the 'Consultancy Practice'
• Liases with R&B colleagues to ensure that issues and risks arising from their projects are flagged, understood and addressed.
• Adopts and share best practice and innovation within the broader team
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for this role in the City of Londonwill have;
• Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge of the reward strategy and business priorities to shape solutions
• Exposure of applying job evaluation and slotting techniques to shape organisational structure
• Ability to interpret complex data, drawing out key issues and themes
• Proven project management and consulting exposure within a complex business environment
•Knowledge of working within boundaries imposed by Group policies, practices and governance requirements
