As BDM, you will report directly to the Divisional Operations Director, you will be responsible for the management of a team of up to 20 General Managers, with full accountability for up to 20 public houses in Cambridgeshire.
You will be responsible for this flag-ship area that has over performed it's targets within recent years and has a firm, quality base of pub managers so this role will be about maintaining the solid foundation and building on it.
Who we're looking for
Ideally, experienced in the pub trade, a strong people manager, able to manage a team of over 20 Pub Managers. Multi-site experience is essential and a hands on approach is key.
Strong Area Managers from a food service background will be considered for this role.
