Reward Consultant

The successful candidate within this Financial Services organisation in the City of Londonwill develop purpose reward solutions through contributions to, or management of reward projects which add value to customers or group initiatives.
• Details and segments small projects or project streams and plans work effectively in order to deliver on time and on quality
• Ability to develop reward design solutions and lead smaller or less complex projects under readily available direction.
• Balances sometimes conflicting customer demands within design rationale - influencing effectively and overcoming challenges
• Supports innovation and implementation of changes in reward policies
• Contributes effectively within broader R&B project team where role is as a work stream leader rather than overall project manager
• Liases with R&B colleagues to ensure that issues and risks arising from their projects are flagged, understood and addressed
• Adopts & shares best practice and innovation within the broader team.
• Contributes to business as usual work as appropriate as part of the "Consultancy Practice"

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have and contribute to:
• High level of numeracy, basic statistical knowledge

• Data analysis, manipulation and diagnostic skills

• Proven project management and consultancy skills

• Evidence of ability to apply business and reward knowledge to shape solutions

• Ability to work within boundaries imposed by Group policies, practices and governance requirements

• Exposure and competent application of job evaluation and slotting techniques
