Web Technical Project Manager

My client has an urgent requirement for a Web Technical Project Manager to take ownership of the following;
1. Manage the development and implementation of key business systems projects
2. Efficiently and effectively manage risks, plans, budgets and resources for projects
3. To provide expert technical support and advice during projects
4. Pivotal point of contact between business, agencies and IT stakeholders, binding the teams together
5. Daily, weekly and ad-hoc project updates, full documentation, clear planning and trail of activity

Who we're looking for
To be considered your demonstrable experience will include the majority of the following;
• Experience of implementing different middleware architectures: SOA, n-tier, MVC etc.
• ASP.NET (C#) coding and implementation experience
• Classic ASP coding and implementation experience
• Expert knowledge of HTML, web applications, knowledge of web design (CSS)
• Expert knowledge of XMLS, XSLT, Schemas, XTDs
• Demonstrable life-cycle experience, from project feasibility to requirements capture, risk management, planning and scheduling through development, testing, QA and delivery.
• Knowledge and experience of one or more project management methodologies (i.e. PRINCE 2, AGILE)
• Experience of best-practice coding, documenting and testing of code for this business critical system, being able to identify issues early on and act on them
