Role has come up due to growth in the commercial department, fantastic opportunity to join strong regional practice with an excellent client base.
Who we're looking for
My client is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to work directly with one of the Partners covering a full range of commercial matters including terms and conditions, agreements, contracts, agency, distribution, supply, franchise and joint ventures as well as purchases & acquisitions and commercial property work. Clients range from small local owner managed businesses to some multinational PLCs as well as government offices, not for profit organisations & charities.
The successful candidate will preferably have experience of the range of work undertaken by the Department. However the successful candidate may wish to specialise in a particular area of work and this would be welcomed. Ideally, the successful candidate will also understand the need for excellent client facing skills and will have been involved in marketing with their previous firm, even if only on a small scale.
