As Head of HR you will report directly to the Managing Director and will lead a team of twelve across business functions including HR Business Partners, L&D, Reward andPolicy. Key responsibilities in the role include; organisational change, project management of the integration of terms of conditions, execution of people plans to meet business strategy, management of HR budget and rewards and benefits. As you will sit on the Board, you will also be responsible for measuring and reporting key HR metrics.
Who we're looking for
To be successful in the role as Head of HR you will demonstrate experience in the following areas;
• Previous experience in a 'Head of' role ideally within a FTSE 200 / brandedemployer
• Experience of organisational and cultural change
• Experience of harmonisation of terms and conditions
• Budgetary control
• A pro-active approach to your work
• Ability to communicate at all levels and influence senior stakeholders
