Our client seeks to recruit an experience employment solicitor to join their highly successful team on the south coast. The employment team mainly act for employers and deals with all aspects of employment work, including doing their own advocacy.

Who we're looking for
You will:
• Be able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Have good experience of defendant employment matters
• Have a self-starting and enthusiastic disposition
• Be willing to participate in a all marketing/business development activities as instructed
• Be IT competent
