This leading organisation based in Dundee currently requires an HR Manager to join its expanding Scottish operation. Reporting to the business MD this is a stand alone role where the holder with have strategic and operational responsibility for the HR function.
This is a generalist role where the role holder will have ownership of recruitment, succession planning, employee development, employee relations and policy development and implementation. This is a unionised environment so you will be responsible for high leveltrade union negotiations and will also be involved in ad hoc projects.

Who we're looking for
You will be a strong generalist currently operating at a senior level within an established organisation. It is essential that you are CIPD qualified andhave experience of working in a unionised environment. It is also essential that you have experience of talent management and development.
