Due to changes within the current business structure, my client, prestigious retailorganisation is looking to recruit an Employee Relations & HR Policy Manager. This is an exciting new and varied role within the business and will be an integral part of the widerHR team. As well as managing complex employee relations issues, key responsibilities include keeping the HR team and line managers up to date and trained on all UK and EU law requirements through designing and delivering training sessions, work shops and one to, one coaching. You will also take responsibility for the company's HR policies, procedures and contingency plans, ensuring these are maintained and in line with best practice. London based.
Who we're looking for
You will have excellent up to date knowledge of UK and EU employment law, combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach. You must also be able to demonstrate your ability to manage complex employee relations cases in a fast paced and ideally unionised environment. Experience of developing and implementing company wide policies is also essential. You will be proactive, organised and have excellent influencing and communications skills.
