This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your tax exposure to the more higher end planning and transactional work. The work would be focussed around :
• Corporate reorganisations,sales and acquisitions
•Personal and corporate structuring
• Transfer pricing
• Employee share schemes
• Complex personal and corporate tax strategies
The role would also include risk assessments of client situations, draft tax planning advice, technical research and develop excellent relationships with clients to identify additional business opportunities.
Who we're looking for
My client is looking for either newly CTA qualified or ATT with excellent client exposure
About our client
Large independent firm of accountants based in Devon who act as advisor to significant corporate businesses as well as smaller concerns, business start ups, individuals and families.
